“I Thought I Fixed This!”

Have you ever had that moment when you thought, “I’ve fixed this, I’ve healed this wound,” only to find yourself back in the same emotional space later?

That familiar struggle can make you feel like nothing’s changed. But what if I told you that healing isn’t a straight line but a spiral, where returning to a familiar challenge is actually a part of the process?

Many people view healing as a simple, linear path—one where you deal with a wound, learn the lesson, and never face that pain again. In reality, healing is more complex. You don’t move in a straight line from point A to B; instead, it happens in cycles of expansion and contraction.

This mirrors how the nervous system works, responding to moments of stress and relaxation in waves, giving us the opportunity to integrate experiences at a deeper level. Each time you return to a challenge, you’re given the chance to approach it from a higher vibrational level. This is not a sign of failure but a sign of growth. 🌿

The journey of healing leads you to revisit old wounds, but always from a different perspective. It might feel like you’re back where you started, but each time, you’re approaching it from a place of greater awareness and inner strength.

Time isn’t linear; healing, much like life, follows a path of cycles. Each time you revisit a familiar challenge, it offers you the opportunity to deepen your understanding and clear the residual energy. This process helps you integrate past lessons at a higher vibrational level.

Healing is an ongoing practice, one that requires attention, intention, and energy. As you clear old blocks, you move upward on the spiral, continuing the path of soul evolution.

🌟

Healing doesn’t happen passively; it requires consistent practice. Life gets busy, and while we are all working through our spiritual journeys, we also have to navigate the day-to-day responsibilities of our human lives. This makes it even more important to cultivate a regular healing practice, whether through Reiki, meditation, or self-reflection.

One of the most important aspects of accelerating healing is recognizing that you don’t have to do it alone. Finding a community of supportive souls who understand your journey and can hold space for you is crucial.

Surrounding yourself with people who can help you process your emotions, offer guidance, and share in your growth makes all the difference. A healing journey can feel isolating at times, but when you have a support system that truly understands what you're going through, you’ll be able to move through challenges with greater ease.

You don’t have to carry the weight alone. Having a circle of people who “get it” can help you soften the process, accelerate your healing and raise your vibration. In community, we remind each other that healing isn’t something we master in one go—it’s a spiral of growth, supported by both individual practice and collective energy.

In the journey of healing, there’s a path of ascent and a path of descent, and both are essential. As we spiral down, we shed layers, face old wounds, and meet our shadows. This descent helps us peel away the masks and beliefs that no longer serve us, allowing us to heal from the inside out. It’s in this depth that we find our true selves and come face-to-face with the areas of our life where we need the most healing.

🖤

As we spiral up, we reclaim our light and step into our power. Each time you rise, you approach life from a higher state of being, more aligned with your soul’s true essence. This process of death and rebirth—of spiraling down and back up—creates profound shifts in our energy and consciousness.

And remember: each time you return to a point on the spiral, you are not the same person as you were before. Every revisit is an opportunity to break old cycles, end karmic patterns, and integrate the lessons you’ve learned. The key is choosing something different each time—choosing higher, more aligned actions that support your growth and evolution.

Through this process of descent and ascent, healing becomes a constantly evolving, growing, and gaining a deeper connection to your soul.

This journey of spiraling down to meet your shadows and spiraling up to reclaim your light is at the core of soul evolution. It’s about spiritual alchemy—transforming the old, heavy parts of yourself into the light and wisdom you need to step into your highest self.

If you find yourself here, you’ve likely felt a deep yearning in your soul for something more—an inner knowing that you’re meant for greater alignment, even if the way forward isn’t entirely clear.

That feeling of restlessness is your soul guiding you toward deeper truth and purpose.
