It is my sincere knowing that every beautiful Soul that makes its way into my life and ultimately to this website has incredible medicine and light to give to the world. You are a big Soul with big dreams and that is why we have attracted each other like magnets.

When we are out of balance, it can be challenging to reset our nervous system and unwind from the stresses of daily life.
We live in a culture where we're always on-the-go and hyper-connected. We're running around in circles feeling over-stressed, overstimulated, and overwhelmed. When we live like this, it's easy to feel disconnected from our bodies and what we truly want in life.
Thankfully, sound healing and energy healing are powerful modalities that help release the tension, rebalance our energy systems, and get back in-touch with ourselves quickly and easily.

Last year when I was exploring options for Reiki training, I came across Fleur Choy’s website. I was immediately very drawn to Fleur’s teachings and felt that I had finally found my teacher. When I saw that she was offering training at Hollyhock I knew in my heart there could be no better place to do my Reiki training with Fleur than at the beautiful Hollyhock campus. My experience surpassed my wildest expectations!
Hollyhock is a feast for the senses. I find it to be incredibly nourishing for both my body and soul. I enjoyed barefoot walks in the glorious garden, exhilarating ocean swims, delicious meals, mindful staff, beautiful learning spaces, relaxing hot tubs, and comfy beds. There is literally nothing left to be desired.
This coupled with Fleur’s ability to create such a safe container, the way she works straight from her heart, and her deep investment into each and every student made my Reiki training at Hollyhock absolutely life-changing.
Fleur’s training and support did not end when we parted ways, she has proven to be unwavering in her commitment to support her students in every way and I could not be more grateful.
