Reiki is a form of energy healing that involves channeling life force energy through the hands to promote relaxation, balance, and healing.
It supports physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
This workshop is for highly sensitive individuals looking to deepen their connection to their energy, improve emotional processing, and learn tools to prevent overwhelm.
No prior experience with Reiki is necessary.

This workshop is designed for people at any stage of their spiritual journey. Whether you're just beginning or have some experience, you'll find value in the teachings and practices.
In Reiki Level 1, you will learn:
- The Basics of Reiki: How Reiki energy flows, the key principles behind it, and its potential for healing.
- Self-Reiki Techniques: How to channel Reiki energy to yourself for healing and personal growth.
- Energy Awareness: How to sense and feel energy in your body and in others.
- Hand Positions: The specific hand placements for working with the body, both on and off the body.
- Reiki Ethics and Principles: The foundational ethical guidelines and principles that guide Reiki practitioners.
- Grounding and Protection Techniques: Tools to help you stay centered, clear, and protected while working with energy.
In Reiki Level 2, you will learn:
- Advanced Reiki Techniques: How to channel Reiki energy more deeply for emotional and spiritual healing, including working with symbols and mantras to enhance your practice.
- The Reiki Symbols: You’ll be introduced to the sacred symbols that enhance your ability to direct energy for specific healing purposes, including distant healing.
- Distance Healing: How to send Reiki energy across time and space, allowing you to work with clients or situations remotely, regardless of location.
- Emotional and Mental Healing: Techniques for clearing emotional blocks, negative thought patterns, and mental stress, promoting overall well-being.
Bring yourself, an open heart, and a willingness to learn.
Comfortable clothing is recommended, and you may wish to bring a journal for taking notes.
If you have a crystal or any meaningful item, feel free to bring it as a personal focus tool.
Please bring your refillable water bottle to stay hydrated. There will also be a break for lunch, where you can visit the nearby restaurant.
Reiki can be performed both on and off the body. If you prefer not to be touched, no worries!
You’ll be taught how to work with energy for both on and off the body, and hands-on techniques will be adjusted to suit your comfort level.
The workshop will take approximately 6–8 hours, with breaks for lunch and throughout the day.
The workshop will include teaching, guided meditations, hands-on practice, and group discussions.
You’ll receive hands-on experience both giving and receiving Reiki. This is a key part of your learning process.
Expect a mix of theory and practical exercises.
Upon completion, you'll receive a Reiki Level 1 certification and be able to practice Reiki on yourself and others. You will also have access to follow-up support through a WhatsApp group, where you can ask questions and share experiences.

- Reiki Level 2: $350 USD (This price applies after completing Reiki Level 1. However, you can sign up for both Level 1 and Level 2 at the same time for a special price of $500 USD).
