Some Tips & A Mini Sound Journey with Fleur

Sound healing practices use vibrational sound and frequency to help rebalance energy, reconnect with mental clarity, physical homeostasis and emotional harmony. It is known specifically to reduce stress and create a deep sense of peace and wellbeing.

As everything has its own vibrational frequency, each experience is completely unique. When you feel unwell, it’s likely that you’re “out of tune”.

Sound baths are a very powerful way to release emotion trapped in the body and get you back in harmony.

Please don't listen to healing sound music when driving or conducting heavy machinery! Alternate state of consciousness created by the slower brainwaves can make you snooze.

On the other hand, those deep state of relaxation make it easy to fall asleep and can support pain reduction.
